nico nico are a group of friends from Japan who enjoy creating art and craft of all kinds.
Inspired by the world around us, we draw from the power and spirit of every material we find and touch,
from the damp and cold clay crawling through our fingers to the glow of metal freshly drawn from its bed of coals.

We etch,carve and scrape until all that’s in our hearts pours deep into the cracks and crevices of our creations.

Creating clocks from clouds in the sky, and painting fabrics and garments with falling autumn leaves,
and the soft glow of twilight. Above all,nico nico is about capturing the color and feel of our thoughts and the sounds of our smiles.
